What is a Problem Solver?

It's a six-month initiative to sharpen our problem-solving skills, focus on what really matters, and create a bigger impact—faster and with more fun.

  • Everything is about your mindset!

  • No additional day-to-day activities for team members. Train your problem solver muscle, remember to dot your colleagues who shows problem solver attitude, skills or mastery in it.

  • Highlight on this skill/quality for managers - notice, develop and help people grow.

How it works

Anytime until September

Start dotting! During all 6 months, recognise your peers for their problem-solving and coaching skills.

At the end of February

Managers will assess the team's current problem-solving skill level. This will be our starting point for the Problem Solvers' Quest game..

Every 3 months

We'll have check-ins to see who's reached each island and track our overall progress with the interactive dashboard.
